  Just adding these photos ! Memories are flooding back , dudes ! Hey guys! Finally the blog is back ! If some of you guys are wondering what exactcly happened, I had accidently deleted part of the template stuff earlier on,so then the posts could not be viewed ^^ My bad! Well,so I heard/know that the juniors&seniors'10 are having a 3 week break from training? Do take care of yourselves during this long break because when the break's over,training will still be tough,and what's more,the East Zone compeition is approaching,so you have to give your best during training to improve yourselves so that you will be ready for the compeition! For your information,doesn't mean you are given a position during training means you are definitely in the team/playing that position forever. [ in SHP ] Anytime you slack and be lazy,the position will be given to someone else/reserves who deserve it better or works way harder then you do! And if you are not given position to play during training,its okay! Word harder and fight for your position ! :) And there are 12 players in one team, so fight hard for a positon in the team and learn from your seniors [ current p5s ] :P God bless ! :) and see all of you guys on the next training,which is the 22nd of DEC .. ;o 2009 arh! |

Friday, November 6, 2009 at 10:12 PM P4 Palmer Carnival 2009
   This year was the first time the school have sent both the P3 and P4 team for the Palmer Carnival which was held at Kallang Netball Centre. Both teams did well. The P4 won 4 games and lost 2 while the P3 won 3 games, lost 1 and drew 1. The girls were very nervous during their first game after a lengthy break due to SA2. But after the second game, they got their momentum back and started stringing beautiful passes. Coach Irene ( coach for Coral Sec) commented "I am impressed with your P3 team. Despite being only in P3, their play is very neat and they time their run well." Can the P3 team be as successful as their P6 seniors? or will they achieve more. Only time will tell. Here are players to look out for in the P3 team , Chloe - GK, Trina- GD, Fatin - WD, Nicole -C, Lining- WA , Alex - GA and Miki -GS. For y'all who used to be a hildan netballer and reading this.... come and watch them play next saturday, same time , same venue..... Ciao! Mr Nizam |

 The future Hildan netballers. The P3 and P4 netballers doing their stretching with Captain- Aerina, Vice-captain- Eunice and Vice-captain 2IC - Insyirah leading the team. The Junior team will play their first competitive match on 7th Nov in Palmer's Junior Carnival followed by Interschool netball Carnival on 14th Nov. The junior team has been going through intensive training to prepare themselves for these two Carnivals. May they do well and continue the winning ways set by their seniors So Junior team, remember our team motto - We will turn possibilities into realities becoz failure is not an option. Cheerious!!! |

THIS IS OFFICIALLY THE 92nd POST :D {clapclapclap } As you see, I don't realy want this blog to end up dead .. so yeah? Anyway, for the [current] Seniors [p5] and Juniors [p3&4] I hope you guys will do well for EASTZONE next year . Anyw,you all training hard so PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE IMPROVE ! I know your trainings are like super tiring and tough but its all for CHAMPIONS' placing next year in EastZone'10 right ? Must keep up the "SHP netballers' reputation ? '' ha ! :) plsplsplspls x123456788989567357 work hard kay ? For the p5's , I know some of you guys have " big problems " wif balancing studies and netball .    Dear P6 netballers, How time really flies. You came to me not knowing anything about netball. Few joined the team in P3 while others in P4. I still remember shakila when she was in P3. Very lazy girl who always finds opportunity to escape from the running. And there was Rachel, came to the team very late on. These two forms the backbone of the team with their superb understanding between each other. Then I have my fittest player, Praise Wong, completing her 2.4km run with weights on her ankle in the timing of below 14 minutes (Mr Zakie, Mr Aidil, Mr Suhaimi can't do it) . The never say die attitude of her made her the most GungHo WD. I remembered the time when Praise fell face down during a game. She didnt cry but instead stood up and chase after her opponent. Next my one and only bulldozer who bulldozed her way to get the ball not afraid of injuring herself and me the coach!!! The longest serving player in this team. Always smile when being teased and clutches her fingers when she made a mistake. Then came the cutest player in the team who has not one CCA but 3 in all. To add to that, she is in 6/8. I wonder how she managed her tym. A Very flexible player who can twist her body to catch the ball in different direction. Vey consistent player - Tian ChinYee!!! Next came my pink panther, tall skinny player with long hands and legs. Scouted by RGS when she was in P5. Most talented netballer St.Hilda's have ever produced. The captain of the team who leads the team by example. Tessa Wong - will definitely don national colours in years to come. Finally, the snowhite , Amanda Yew. The tallest and fairest player among the P6 not just in St. Hilda's but among other teams too. Very quiet player who besides playing netball, also gained her black belt in TWD. Now look at the picture when they were in P4 and compare with the recent picture. That's all folks. Will talk about the rest in my next article... Love, Coach Zam |
